Having joined Broadcom in 2010, his focus is Partner Enablement Strategies and Frameworks for all routes to market and all divisions. He works with a diverse cross-functional team to create processes and procedures that govern the enablement requirements of the Broadcom Partner Program.  In his role, his responsibilities include building the sales and technical capabilities of partners to be able to drive the entire sales lifecycle while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Jessica joined Juniper in 2022 and currently supports the Elite Plus Partner Program and additional global programs, where her focus is to drive strategic investments and enterprise growth with top Juniper partners. Previously she spent over 10 years in distribution leading product and business development teams focused on cloud and mobility solutions.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of South Carolina's Moore School of Business and in her free time, you can find her spending weekends at the lake with her husband and two sons.
